If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the final images taken at your photoshoot then you have the option to take advantage of my money back guarantee.

Any problem with the quality of images which are shown to you at the post shoot presentation (or viewed in your viewing gallery) must be brought to my attention. Failure to do so will imply your satisfaction with the images.

Initially I will try to work with you to solve any issues such as reshooting certain images, or even rescheduling another shoot free of charge. If however issues cannot be resolved I will offer you a full refund based on the price you have paid prior to the shoot, subject to any exclusions.
